I’m really excited to try these out. These are all known as wetland/wet soil plants, but the most important variable in assessing their suitability for riparium culture will be their respective dormancy requirements. I know that Colocasia fallax requires a short, cool dormancy period, but some of these other selections might require extended periods of cold quiescence, which might be more difficult to accommodate.

How did these end up faring? I hope that they all managed to flourish.

    Richard,

Good to hear from you. I still have all of these. Some have grown better than others. The Dichromena has done well and even flowered.

I hope to post updates on all of these in a couple of weeks.
